How long is my mortgage pre-approval good for?

The mortgage pre-approval does not ever really expire, but documents in the application do expire.

The credit report, paystubs, and bank statements are typically good for 90 days.

If 90 days pass before you close on your home loan, then we may require updated items.

Also, if depending on when in the year we are at, we may require an updated W2, or tax return.
