Rate Update 10/12

Good morning all!

Mortgage rates continue to go higher today. This is the rate graph from the beginning of August. Rates, for most scenarios, are in the lower 3's now for most Conventional loan scenarios. FHA and VA are lower though.

Red is bad, green is good.
